Apple’s latest iPhone model this year, the iPhone 12, has become the best-selling 5 G smartphone in the world market.
According to a recent report by Counterpoint, the iPhone 12, which went public last October, is set to turn out to be the world’s hottest 5G smartphone. The iPhone 12 accounted for 16 per cent of the 5G smartphones bought in October.
Launched alongside the iPhone 12, the iPhone 12 Pro ranks second on the list of the most popular 5G smartphones. The share of iPhone 12 Professional is 8 per cent.
In third place is Samsung’s Galaxy Notice 20 Extremely 5 G. Which was the best-selling 5Gdevice final September. As of October, the Notice 20 Extremely 5 G has a market share of 4 per cent.
Huawei Nova 7 5G is in fourth place with 3 per cent market share and Huawei’s P40 5G smartphone is in the fifth place.
Oppo’s A72 5G smartphone is in the sixth place while Huawei P40 5G is in the seventh place. Similarly, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G with 8% market share is in the eighth position while Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G is within the ninth place.
Similarly, Oppo’s Renault 4 SE is in tenth place. Its market share is 2 per cent.
According to the report, sales of the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro have risen sharply in the US due to offers from telecom service providers affiliated with the 5 G network. Most telecom service providers in the United States have offered to make the iPhone 12 available in instalments at a zero-dollar starting price.
One-third of the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro sold in the United States last month sold on similar offers.
It is also said that the iPhone 12 has become the best-selling smartphone in the world due to its widespread availability. The iPhone 12 is available in more than 140 countries around the world.
