Among the snapshots, one image stood out: Hadid and Cooper sharing a kiss in front of a birthday cake, confirming their relationship publicly on social media. The photo carousel also featured Hadid blowing out candles and enjoying her big day with celebrities like Zoë Kravitz.

“Feeling incredibly lucky to be 30!” Hadid captioned the post. Her actual birthday was April 23, and she reflected on all the ups and downs she’s experienced, expressing gratitude for the lessons and gifts both have brought.
